#7th chakra yoga

Please let me give you a bit of an understanding about a workshop that I will be announcing.

Yoga practise should encompass the mind, emotions, body…and the connection to higher consciousness. That last part has eluded many, but now is the time to get serious. If you take my kundalini bellydance workshop, part of being able to dance at that higher level is doing spiritually advanced yoga. It isn’t that hard, and infact it is more fun, more blissful, more interesting and more beneficial.

One of the things that holds us back is that we are so used to taking the dense and labourious approach to yoga, or other things, that we think that this expanded approach is going to be even harder. It is actually much easier. We just have to take that leap.

When we deeply meditate, or do yoga with expanded consciousness, there will be the development of an increased volume of myelinated axons that surround the brain. They, then, can transmit more information from stimuli coming in from not just the body, and the physical reality around us, but also from the quantum field.

That quantum field is universal consciousness. That is where we connect to the ALL. We become more brilliant this way, because synapses fire-up at fractal speed causing an increase in electrical currents going through the body. This occurrence is described as the many blossomings of awareness like the unfolding of the thousand petal lotus flower. Universes of awareness explode into our consciousness, as we move along in our yoga practise session; not imagined but real. It makes the guru’s sandals dangerous to touch…as I found out.

With our awareness expanded, we notice the movement of kundalini, and we work with it tantrically. This then opens up new physical pathways. To get into this expanded state, we need to become free to allow the god-head to co-create with the physical mind. This, then, develops not only a deep and true understanding of the science of yoga, but creative ways to express it.

There are two schools of yoga. One is the scholarly approach. This is about the science and technical side. Those who practise this are the keepers of knowledge. Teachers from this approach tell the students what to do. The spiritual philosophy is on one side of the mat, and the practise is on the other. It is the very physical, basic approach, no matter how flexible or strong or balanced you become…and some people get injured.

What I will be teaching you is the other approach; the actuated one. It is the only way to have your own experience and therefore understand yoga intrinsically, and deeply. It is when you have entered an authentic state. You are not thinking your way through your practise, or going by rout, but rather through guidance coming from the infinite possibility of universal consciousness from within. You mesh that with proper alignments, techniques and asanas. Those who do yoga this way, are ‘Keepers of Wisdom’.

This may sound flowery, but I mean every word I say.

I am a seasoned meditation guide and Yoga Instructor, of 30 years, so if you are struggling to connect to the oneness of ALL, I can be very much of help. As a successful quantum soma guide, of 20 years, it has been imperative that I learn to bring people into this higher state. I actually was able to do this, in a yoga studio, while an unexpected parade went by. I don’t think that anyone noticed the parade. I will help you to open your 12th chakra and beyond. Your pineal gland will activate as well. You can experience wonderous things that you might not have known could be part of your practise. Each one of you will bring your unique shine to creating fascinating results.

So, instead of telling you ‘just’ what to do, I guide you to explore and discover your own unique experience in your yoga Journey. You will be able to turn simplicity, into your own beautiful complexity.

Come and experience my approach. It is more than what you think it will be from this description.

Please join me for this one-of-a-kind Yoga workshop.
