Getting rid of Osteoarthritis.

Did you know that you don't need to go on #pharmaceuticals to deal with osteoarthritis? Their treatment plan services those slaves that have no time or energy left to take care of themselves, so I guess there is legitimacy in those cases. But what is that saying really???? That you are a piece of meat that is just here to get used up, and then they just take out the next body, from the freezer, after it has been sliced-up thin and bagged.

Did I say, 'slaves'. Yes I did, but anyhow, let's move on.

When I read the protocols for dealing with it, i thought, what a lark!!!!!!! The lying thieves even said at the beginning of the article that #osteoarthritis can't be reversed. That is an out-and-out lie!!!! So you know that they aren't there for your best interests, but rather to add to their pocket...and the sad thing is that people don't question it. They would rather believe the 'lying thieves'. They are illegitimate. How many doctors go along with it without doing their own thinking, like we noticed with, ah, something else, in the last few years.
I was told to go on arthritis drugs 20 years ago because I had crumbled my hip in two places from a ski accident. It was nothing. The more important problems were something other than what they noticed...but I corrected them with yoga, after my chiropractic and I diagnosed my x-ray together. His philosophy was that he wanted to help people so that they wouldn't have to come back again; a rare chiropractic...and you will have to go to Ontario to see him. That is not a familiar experience is it. Usually they say come back next week, for the next 30 years. Could the reason the doctors didn't notice the actual problems in my X-ray is because...they really don't care? Are they just there to make money...faster than they can think. I wonder.

Ok, I am going to tell you something that I teach in my classes...and if you are on Vancouver Island...I strongly advise you to take my course. It will shine another light on why you should all be doing yoga...and the right way.
Yoga is the all-in-one save your butt solution. Yes it helps you to feel better physically, mentally, emotionally and how to be more brilliant by connecting to god consciousness. It helps you sleep...that is if you add the meditation component but we lightly pass over the more profound self-healing attributes...because we are blindsided...in every direction really.

They keep us busy partying like cave dwellers, gossiping about each other, and wasting our time obsessed with sex (weirdo creeps), or crocheting, or getting hurt playing war games like hockey. We could rather, have a yoga party where we just do that, in silence, and then go home, or chat over tea after, sharing important information, and some delicacies after...like what I think of as normal people.
Quite honestly the best times in my life have been with my yoga friends doing just that...and listening to great music...and dancing...in silence...barefoot...of course. The other things they call fun, I swear, are orchestrated by demons that have come through portals from hell with a tray of whisky and beer! Ok, there are other great things in life too...I know. Like going to a great lecture at the university, or downhill skiing, or tennis, or sailing or watching Aussi films or spoofs by Chris Lilley, or jamming out with really great musicians, or having a live model to draw or paint with a group of artist friends....sorry...I forgot for a moment that this isn't a dating site.

Anyhow

The standard treatment for osteoarthritis are pharmaceuticals for pain, inflammation...depression... electric muscle stimulation, bone deteriorating cortisone, and joint replacement. They do mention gentle stretching but they don't say why.
Well, for inflammation, there is an ancient remedy called turmeric...it is a cancer treatment too...and cheap. For pain and inflammation, there is CBD...and you can grow it yourself. Depression and muscle stimulation can be alleviated by doing yoga. It can be done in your own private space called home.

Yoga is a remedy from the golden age. Doesn't that mean something to you??? Massage is too...but it depends on what kind of massage. There is massage for different things. Deep tissue and accur@pressure is what you need for osteoarthritis...and you don't have to get someone to do that for you because, that is a hit or miss thing. Just one precaution...this requires heightened awareness...not that hard though people...because if a bone is too leeched of calcium...it is weak. Just something to keep in mind...but not something to stop you from getting your hands on the matter.

If enough people offering massage step up their game, then they could help more people...just saying...but self-massage is great.

Why?

Some of us steered our own course, and stayed it, despite the, beyond the description of insane world; hello satan! We noticed that the medical and health community wasn't doing their job the way they were supposed to. Even questioning it, till now, was frowned upon and disagreed with. Odd isn't it.

We left their sinking ship behind.

Ok, so enough of introductions. I am going to tell you what arthritis is, and it will revolutionize your thinking on it. Infact, you are going to be angry after I do, because you are going to wonder why you didn't hear this vital information before. The reason we didn't couldn't be to profit off of our demise. Like what kind of person does something like that??? I guess we have to have compassion and understanding for those who should have explained this stuff before, which would have saved alot of people from suffering.

Arthritis is the body's way of compensating for the pressure that tight, or atrophied muscles put on the insertion points of the muscles to the bones. Does that say to you, 'do yoga'. It should. Life is short so get to it. Yoga is about stretching muscles to keep them elastic. It breaks-up crystal formation, it stimulates blood flow so that life force keeps pulsating throughout your body, it leaves room for nerves to not die. Basically it is your ticket to health and longevity. Ding ding ding!!!!

Did you know that arthritis starts to form in the tissues after two to three weeks of inactivity?????? It is because when the muscles aren't moved, they shrink. This means that the distance to the insertion points is longer. This puts pressure on the insertion points so the body compensates for that by adding reinforcements. You know how arthritis is associated with a loss of bone density. Well this is because the body leeches calcium out of the bones where it is supposed to be, to go into the cartilage and tendons...and muscles. If this did not happen, the muscles would rip right off the bones from the pressure. Then we would not have a functioning body. The problem is that it causes other problems.

Muscles that are too hard and tight, also put alot of pressure on the bones, when we move them.

Calcium is a crystal not a cosmic crunchy. You know how crystals look like snowflakes under the microscope. Well those sharp edges cut the tissues when we move, in these instances. That causes the inflammation and subsequent swelling. That makes it even harder to move. It becomes a mess. The tendon, that is formed at the ends of muscles as a strong tissue that takes the brunt of movement, then gets turned into bone. It is called a bone spur.

Bone doesn't have blood flow, nor nerves. That does not make a good prognosis for your body to remain alive...and yet this vital information...doesn't get explained to us. Just try putting it together doing research. It is either said incompletely, or you have to go through a complex mass of information that just becomes a haze...on purpose. Do the doctors even get it figured-out.
In some places it says that bone spurs are permanent and some places it says that they can be reversed...but they don't say how.
If you do self-massage and yoga that targets certain areas, you can get rid of the problem...and I show you how to do it. If you are interested, give me a shout.
